- How long can I keep the Equipment?One day, is a normal rental period. You can pick up your Karaoke System one day and return it the next day. Add an additional day for only $50. Weekly rentals are also available for Clubs & Businesses.
- What identification is required to rent these professional Karaoke Systems?You will need a Valid CA driver’s license & a Credit Card. Your Credit Card will be used for a security authorization. Preferred payment is cash or check but all major Credit Card are accepted.
- What are the rental costs of these popular Karaoke systems?We have two Rental systems to choose from, The Touch Karaoke Party Jockey at $130/day and our Full Service Ultimate Karaoke Party at $300/day. Complete System Package Details.
- Do I need to reserve my Karaoke system.It is a very good idea to reserve your system, this way we will have your system on hold and ready for you when you pick it up or by our delivery service.
- Are your Karaoke Systems easy for anyone to use?YES, YES, YES... We will give you hands-on instructions either at our office or at your party, when delivered, so you will know exactly how to host your own Karaoke Party like a pro. There are no disc to touch or change as everything is wireless now. You can use our 10” Tablet provided with your rental, our 21” Touch Screen Songbook Add-on and you can also use any smart phone to find your favorite songs. Use any Smart Phone to download and install our FREE SONGBOOK App, then you will can connect to the Best Karaoke SONGBOOK Reservation System. You can find all your favorite songs in seconds, searching from over 38,000 popular Karaoke Songs. Search by Song Title or by Artist, then just type in your name and click Reserve. That it, you done! Now you can go to the Lyrics Screen, grab a microphone or two and sing with your friends for the time of your life.
- What do I get with my Complete Karaoke System?You will get everything listed in our either Package #1 or Package #2, plus any Add-ons you may have requested. In Package #1 you get your Party Jockey Sound System, 2 Microphones, Touch Karaoke Lyrics Screen & Stand, 10” Songbook, carrying cases and cords. Package #2 comes with everything in Package #1, Plus our 800Watt Professional Sound System for larger rooms and outdoor use, a professional Karaoke Host, delivery, setup and our 21” Touch Songbook providing for a successful party. - Do you Offer a Delivery Service to my Home?Yes, we offer local delivery service from Carpinteria to Goleta for only $50. We will deliver your system, set it up for you and give you on hands instruction for use, then when your party is over, we will pick up your system and return it for you. Please contact us for a quote to delivery to all other areas.
- Can I pick up my Karaoke System.Yes, you may come by our office and get acquainted with your system, pick-up it up the day of your party and then return your system the next day.
- Is there a discount for additional rental days?Yes, add a second day rentals for only $50, Weekly rates are also available for clubs and businesses events.
- What is my method of payment?We do prefer payment by Cash or check, but we also accept credit cards.
- What liability do I have while I am in possession of the rental equipment?You are liable for any loss or damages to any equipment and any cleaning if it is required.
